INTERNATIONAL SECURITIES AND EQUITIES COMMISSION ISSUES ALERT ON SCAM INVESTMENTS USING RECENT JAPAN QUAKE.
The recent disaster in Japan led to a deluge of charitable intentions and action from all over the world helping to make life easier for the millions affected by the tragedies.
However it has come to the attention of International Securities and Equities Commission that certain investment firms have chosen to capitalize on the wake of the disaster by suggesting to unsuspecting investors that certain high value contracts are in the process of being awarded to the companies that they are touting for investment in the wake of the earthquake and tsunami.
Popular presentations of this scam involve the purported cleanup and detection of nuclear fallout and radiation. Although this of course is required, the Japanese government along with help from the international community has been in the process of handling these problems and any supposed benefit to private firms in the form of contracts being awarded is most likely to be a scam.
If you have been called regarding one of these investment opportunities, please report the company that called you to International Securities and Equities Commission.
